This new private St. John residence has two private guest suites, each with their own private entrance, bath and terrace. Your hosts, Mike and Eileen, have lovingly built these accommodations over the past two years. Both rooms are finished in Italian travertine marble floors and baths as well as handmade teak and cedar furnishings. Each room measures over 250 square feet. Attention to detail shows throughout these suites from the handmade armoires to the luxurious sheets on the deluxe queen size beds. You will appreciate the care that has been taken in appointing these rooms.
Located in Estate Carolina, St. John, Sail View overlooks Coral Bay Harbor and is only minutes to the scenic tranquil East End. Set into the hillside, ¼ mile from the main road and nestled 300 feet above sea level, Sail View offers you a private terrace to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. Sail View is only 5 minutes to Coral Bay where one will find many excellent restaurants and shopping, 10 minutes to St. John’s north shore beaches, where you can bask in the sun at some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and 25 minutes to Cruz Bay, St. John’s bustling center of activity.
Each suite has its own private entrance for you to come and go as you please, as well as its own private bath and terrace. The suites are air-conditioned and come equipped with a small refrigerator, coffee maker and a welcome basket of goodies. For those who would like to prepare their own meals, there is a shared deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining area, fully equipped with utensils and dishes for your use. In addition, each suite has cable TV and a DVD player for your viewing pleasure. Beach towels, beach chairs and mini coolers are available for your use. Sail View is a smoke free environment.
